MY EXPIRIENCE

Since 2023 I am advising Senior Leaders on how to build an AI Vision and an AI strategy.
I am drawing from my 12 years of experience of R&D, commerial and Innovation roles and my Director of AI & Digital R&D Strategic Initiatives, Genmab - where I delivered on AI vision, scope, executable strategies and roadmaps (including both internal build and external tools) for multiple AI use cases/applications. I also build a high-impact AI adoption strategy - rooted in leadership, change management, psychology and data.

I helped a Director of AI of a Danish Biotech with advisory on AI adoption, AI literacy, AI policy, and AI inspiration. This company now has a group of champions that understand their roles, backing from their leadership, and are in the process of finalizing their AI strategy and goals. I work with them on ongoing basis.
I helped partners in a consultancy better understand the opportunities that GenAI can give them. They are focused on AI in pre-clinical research. Now they also want to become GenAI super users. Next we will map their AI readiness state a build an AI adoption strategy.
I supported a Danish MedTech startup with advice on strategic roadmap creation, decision making, leadership advice especially how to build and empower teams. This startup now has a clear roadmap, founding and a clinical trial on the way. I work with them on a regular basis.

How can I best support and retain my employees in the age of AI?

Happy to help you with that. Fast answer would be that most employees want to learn how to use AI, but they need a safe environment, they need to be lead by example, they need to know it’s allowed. Many leaders I worked with considered AI trainings to be a retention tool. They were worried that if not trained their employees may move to another company as they will be worried that they will become obsolete in the new job market.

Can Leaders use AI and save time or become better leaders?

100%. For example they can utilize AI as an advisor to better navigate employee issues. They can use it to plan development paths for their employees or build JDs.
