"After an inspirational presentation Marcelina provided for our C-suite in Gubra on AI as a Transformation and Generative AI as a super power for leaders, I decided to engage in Marcelina’s '1:1 AI Coaching for Senior Leaders'. I was motivated not only by the potential time savings, but also by the data she presented demonstrating measurable improvements in work quality
Over the course of five sessions, I progressed from using ChatGPT and Copilot primarily for drafting communications - often struggling to achieve the right quality and tone - to understanding how to prompt effectively and strategically. Together, we built tailored communication assistants with distinct tone and focus, for example for internal emails versus investor communications. This has significantly improved both precision and consistency in my output.
I understand how to provide the ‘right’ level of context to get quality output from AI and finally I am now using Generative AI as a strategic sparring partner in my work.
